Meet Natasha

Natasha Johnson was raised in a military family who moved often, instilling in her a deep appreciation for service, resilience, and adaptability. After years of constant transition, she chose to plant her roots in Lake Elsinore—where she and her husband built a life, raised their three sons, and committed themselves to serving the community they love.

With over 26 years in the banking industry and hands-on experience supporting her husband’s small business, Natasha understands the challenges faced by working families and entrepreneurs alike. As a businesswoman and a career professional, she has seen firsthand how Sacramento’s policies often hinder growth and hurt the very people trying to build better lives.

Natasha’s Leadership

Elected to the Lake Elsinore City Council in 2012, Natasha has served with distinction for over a decade, including three terms as Mayor. Her leadership has helped grow the local economy, attract new businesses, and enhance public safety. She has worked tirelessly to protect taxpayers, reduce red tape, and ensure law enforcement has the tools they need to keep neighborhoods safe. Known for her practical approach and ability to unite diverse voices, Natasha has built a reputation as a results-driven leader who puts her community first.

Natasha’s commitment to service extends well beyond city hall. She is actively involved in organizations such as the Trauma Intervention Program, Cops for Kids, Elsinore Woman’s Club, Operation Homefront, Boy Scouts of America, Soldiers’ Angels, and Christian Arts & Theatre. Her lifelong dedication to volunteering reflects her belief that real leadership starts with showing up and giving back.

At home, Natasha and her husband, Scott, are raising three sons—one who recently graduated college, one currently attending college, and one still in high school. As a working mother, she understands the day-to-day concerns of families and is passionate about protecting parental rights, promoting educational opportunities, and preserving safe, thriving communities.

Natasha Johnson is not a career politician—she’s a businesswoman, public servant, and mother who’s ready to take our local values and common-sense solutions to Sacramento.
